MUGARITZ B.S.O., is a documentary about Chef Andoni Luis Aduriz and musician, Felipe Ugarte, working together to translate dishes into musical pieces. The film was entertaining and sensual in that it appealed to both your sense of sight and sound. I highly recommend seeing it, especially if you’d like an inside look at one of the top three restaurants in the world!

Was is hard to find a way to work between the two mediums of food and music?
No, because there is a unity behind the creative process that brings us together. I would say all creative disciplines have approximately 80% in common. So between us—myself and Felipe—it was a change of ingredients or tools, but the thinking process was the same and we just let the connections flow.
