Daily Bite: Sautéed Rainbow Chard!
I love this recipe because take under 5 minutes to make and is a healthy, quick and easy side dish! You can dress it up with dried fruits or nuts or keep it simple with just salt and pepper.
- Add oil to hot pan and sauté onions until browned and slightly softened.
- Add stems and sauté until softened
- Add lightly chopped (or torned!) leaves
- Sauté until leaves are wilted
