I love for Thanksgiving to be cheerful but easy! So every year we make the same meal.
Turkey, of course! I like to make two small birds instead of one large one. You get to sleep in because they cook faster, plus you’ll be able to pass one around and eat while the other one makes a gorgeous centerpiece.
Green Beans & Caramelized Shallots
Roasted or Pureed Squash
Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta
Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
Apple, Carrot and Celery Stuffing
From there my husband, John, makes the cocktails and my sister does the baking!
