The sweetest surprise!  I came home to find these chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies waiting for me.  My neighbor, Deb, left them (with a handwritten note!) to thank me for tracking down a sold-out hanging shoe rack she want to repurpose for vertical gardening inside our community garden.  Note to self:  Bake cookies and write a note for next thank you gift.  The handcrafted combo made my day!  -Denise, acting web editor
